Quimphel provides professional photography services including but not limited to event photography, identification photos, personal branding photography, and creative photoshoots. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Photography sessions must be booked in advance through our contact form, phone, or email. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Payments can be made through accepted methods as specified during the booking process.
Clients may reschedule their photography session with at least 48 hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor sessions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All photographs taken by Quimphel remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive a license to use the delivered photographs for personal or agreed commercial purposes. The photographer retains the right to use photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Edited photographs will be delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your service package. Standard delivery time is one to two weeks from the session date. Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions, providing accurate information for identification photos, and communicating any specific requirements or concerns before the session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund.
Quimphel will make every effort to produce high-quality photographs. However, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific photography service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By booking our photography services, clients grant permission for Quimphel to use photographs for promotional purposes unless a specific agreement stating otherwise is made in writing. Clients may request that certain images not be used publicly, subject to approval.
The content on quimphel.world is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information provided through our contact forms or during service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing photography services and communicating with clients.
